Kate says, "Hi, I'm 26 years old, and have a degree in Culinary Arts from New England Culinary Institute and a Restaurant Management degree from Johnson & Wales. I own my own catering company called 'Amuse Bouche Catering' and I am currently writing a cookbook featuring all my original fusion recipes, along with my own illustrations. When cooking, I focus on using everyday ingredients and using them in an unexpected way. I cook with a lot of flowers and make my own spices and cures."
